4. Content Ownership All course content, videos, materials, and resources on English Version are the intellectual property of the respective teachers and the platform. Copying, sharing, downloading, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct All users — students and teachers — are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior on the platform. Any form of harassment, cheating, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Live Sessions Live classes are conducted via Zoom. Students are expected to be on time and behave respectfully during sessions. Recording or sharing of live sessions without permission is not allowed.

7. Platform Availability English Version strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms English Version reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
