Refund Policy


English Version — Refund Policy

At English Version, we want every student to have a satisfying learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a course.

1. Live Course Refund If you have enrolled in a live course and attended up to 2 classes but feel that the course did not meet your expectations or does not cover what you intended to learn, you may be eligible for a refund of your admission fee.

To request a refund:

  • Submit a complaint through our Help & Support section
  • Clearly state your reason for the refund request
  • Provide valid and reasonable justification

Once your complaint is reviewed and the reason is found valid according to our policy, your admission fee will be refunded. Refund requests submitted after attending more than 2 classes will not be accepted.

2. Recorded Course Refund Recorded courses are non-refundable. Before purchasing a recorded course, please carefully review the course description, syllabus, and free preview content available on the course page. Once a recorded course is purchased and access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
